Canacona Guideline Value

Canacona Taluk comes under South Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Canacona Taluk division is Rs.3,600 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in Chaudi Municipal Areas. The minimum guideline value is Rs.60 per square feet for the properties located in the area of Cotigao.

This taluk consists of 9 areas namely Agonda, Canacona, Chaudi Municipal Areas, Cola, Cotigao, Gaodongrem, Loliem, Nagorcem-Palolem and Poinguinim.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in Chaudi Municipal Areas was Rs.3,000 which was increased to Rs.3,600 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
