Fill the basic information about the property; our customer support executive will fill the entire EC application form details such as Property Boundary Details i.e. North, South, East and West, EC period for which encumbrance certificate required, Build up Area, Registered Number, Registered Date etc with the appropriate data either by referring your property document or by contacting you, and finally your entire EC application form will be validated at par with TNREGINET EC view by our customer support executive.
PDF copy of Encumbrance Application details will be delivered via E mail on the same day, for EC application applied before 5pm (Monday to Friday), subject to the accuracy of information. Application applied after 5 pm will be delivered on the next working day.
