• State Bank of Mauritius Bank (SBM Bank) is a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Government of Mauritius and was established in 1973 under the name State Commercial Bank. In India, SBM Bank India Limited opened its first overseas branch in Mumbai, India in 1994.
