Darbandora Guideline Value

Darbandora Taluk comes under South Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Darbandora Taluk division is Rs.1,230 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in Piliem. The minimum guideline value is Rs.30 per square feet for the properties located in the area of Caranzol.

This taluk consists of 16 areas namely Aglote, Bandoli, Camarconda, Caranzol, Codli, Colem, Cormonem, Darbandora, Moissal, Mollem, Piliem, Sancorda, Sangod, Sigao, Sonauliun and Surla.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in Piliem was Rs.1,025 which was increased to Rs.1,230 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
