Bardez Guideline Value

Bardez Taluk comes under North Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Bardez Taluk division is Rs.7,200 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in the area Marna. The minimum guideline value is Rs.2000 per square feet for the properties located in the areas of Corjuvem, Punola, Pomburpa and Olaulim.

This taluk consists of 44 areas namely Aldona, Anjuna, Arpora, Assagoa, Assonora, Bastora, Calangute, Calvim, Camurlim, Canc, Candolim, Calvale, Corjuvem, Guirim, Mapusa-I (Ward Nos.2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13), Mapusa-II (Ward Nos.1, 3, 4), Marna, Moira, Moitem, Nachinola, Nadora, Nagoa, Nerul, Olaulim, Oxel, Paliem, Parra, Penha-de-Franca, Pilerne, Pirna, Pomburpa, Ponolem, Punola, Reis Magos, Revora, Saligao, Salvador-do-Mundo, Sangolda, Siolim, Sircaim, Socorro, Tivim, Ucassaim and Verla.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in the Marna area was Rs.6,000 which was increased to Rs.7,200 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value of the surrounding areas.
