Pernem Guideline Value

Pernem Taluka comes under North Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Pernem Taluka division is Rs.3,000 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in the areas are Pernam Municipal area, Tiracol, Arambol, Morgim, Mandrem, Paliem-Timcol and Querim. The minimum guideline value is Rs.195 per square feet for the properties located in the area of Chandel.

This taluk consists of 27 areas namely Agarvado / Agarwada, Alorna / Ajorna, Amberem, Arambol, Cansarvornem, Casnem / Khajne, Chandel, Chopdem, Cargao, Dhargalim, Ibrampur, Mandrem, Mopa, Morgim, Ozorim / Ozari, Paliem-Timcol, Parcem, Pernam Municipal Area, Poroscodem, Querim, Tamboxem, Tiracol, Torxem, Tuem, Uguem, Varconda and Virnoda.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in the Pernam Municipal area was Rs.2,500 which was increased to Rs.3,000 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
