Ponda Guideline Value

Ponda Taluka comes under North Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Ponda Taluka division is Rs.3,600 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in the areas are Ponda-I (Ward Nos.1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10) and Ponda-II (Ward Nos.2, 4, 7, 9). The minimum guideline value is Rs.600 per square feet for the properties located in the areas are Cuncoliem, Durbhat, Savoi-Verem, Gangem, Talaulim, Vadi, Vagurbem and Velinga.

This taluk consists of 33 areas namely Adcolna, Bandora, Betora, Betqui, Boma, Borim, Candepar, Candola, Codar, Conxem, Cuncoliem, Cundaim, Curti, Durbhat, Gangem, Marcaim, Nirancal, Orgao, Ponchavadi / Panchwadi, Ponda-I (Ward Nos.1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10), Ponda-II (Ward Nos.2, 4, 7, 9), Priol, Querim, Queula, Savoi-Verem, Siroda, Talaulim, Tivrem, Usgao, Vadi, Vagurbem, Velinga and Volvoi.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in the Ponda-I (Ward Nos.1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10) and Ponda-II (Ward Nos.2, 4, 7, 9) was Rs.3,000 which was increased to Rs.3,600 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
