Quepem Guideline Value

Quepem Taluk comes under South Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Quepem Taluk division is Rs.3,800 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in Deao. The minimum guideline value is Rs.120 per square feet for the properties located in the area of Bendordem.

This taluk consists of 42 areas namely Adnem, Ambaulim, Amona, Assolda, Avedem, Bali, Barcem, Bendordem, Cacora Municipal Areas, Cavorem, Cazur, Chaifi, Cordem, Corla, Cotombi, Curchorem, Cusmane, Deao, Fatorpa, Gocoldem, Maina, Mangal, Molcarnem, Molcopona, Morpila, Nagvem, Naquerim, Odar, Padi, Pirla, Quedem, Quepem, Quisconda, Quitol, Sirvoi, Sulcorna, Tiloi, Udorna, Xeldem, Xelvona, Xic-Xelvona and Zanodem.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in Deao was Rs.1,500 which was increased to Rs.3,800 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
