Salcete Guideline Value

Salcete Taluk comes under South Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Salcete Taluk division is Rs.10,906.80 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in Margao-III (Ward Nos.1, 2, 3, 16). The minimum guideline value is Rs.480 per square feet for the properties located in the area of Macasana.

This taluk consists of 52 areas namely Adsulim, Ambelim, Aquem, Assolna, Benaulim, Betalbatim, Calata, Camurlim, Cana, Carmona, Cavelossim, Cavorim, Chandor / Chandora, Chinchinim, Colva, Consua, Cuncolim, Curtorim, Davorlim, Deussua, Dicarpale, Dramapur, Duncolim, Gaundalim, Guirdolim, Loutulim, Macasana, Majorda, Margao-I (Ward Nos.4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15), Margao-II (Ward Nos.5, 6, 7, 8), Margoa-III (Ward Nos.1, 2, 3, 16), Mulem, Nagoa, Navelim, Nuvem, Orlim, Paroda, Rachol, Raia, Sao Jose de Areal, Sarzora, Seraulim, Sernabatim, Sirlim, Talaulim, Talvorda, Utorda, Vanelim, Varca, Varoda, Vellim and Verna.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in Margao-III (Ward Nos.1, 2, 3, 16) was Rs.9,089 which was increased to Rs.10,906.80 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
