Sanguem Guideline Value

Sanguem Taluk comes under South Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Sanguem Taluk division is Rs.1,080 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in Sanguem Municipal Areas. The minimum guideline value is Rs.36 per square feet for the properties located in the area of Verlem.

This taluk consists of 37 areas namely Antoriem, Bati, Boma, Calem, Colomba, Comproi, Coranginim, Costi, Cotarli, Cumbari, Curdi, Curpem, Dongor, Dongurli, Dudal, Maulinguem, Muguli, Naiquinim, Netorli, Nunden / Nundren, Oxel, Patiem, Porteem, Potrem, Rivona, Rumbrem, Salauli, Sanguem Municipal Areas, Santona, Sanvordem, Sigonem, Tudou, Uguem, Verlem, Vichundrem, Viliena and Xelpem.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in Sanguem Municipal Areas was Rs.900 which was increased to Rs.1,080 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
