Satari Taluk comes under North Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Satari Taluk division is Rs.1,250 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in Morlem area. The minimum guideline value is Rs.24 per square feet for the properties located in the areas of Pendral, Vainguinim and Zarani.
This taluk consists of 78 areas namely Advoi, Ambedem, Ambeli, Ansolem, Assodem, Birondem, Bombedem, Buimpal, Carambolim-Buzruco, Caranzol, Choraundem, Codal, Codiem, Codqui, Codvol, Compordem, Conquirem, Cotorem, Cudcem, Cumarconda, Dabem, Damocem, Davem, Derodem, Dongurli, Edorem, Golauli, Gonteli, Govanem, Guleli, Ivrem-Buzruco, Ivrem-Curdo, Karambolim-Brama, Maloli, Malpona, Massordem, Mauzi, Melaudi, Morlem, Nagargao, Naguem, Naneli, Nanorem, Nanus, Onda, Padeli, Pale, Pendral, Pissurlem, Podocem, Ponocem, Poriem, Querim, Ravona, Rivem, Saleli, Sanvorcem, Sanvordem, Satorem, Satrem, Sigonem, Siranguli, Siroli, Sirsodem, Sonal, SonusVonvoliem, Surla, Ustem, Vaguriem, Vainguinim, Valpoi Municipal Area, Vantem, Velguem, Velus, Xelop-Buzruco, Xelopo-Curdo, Zarani and Zormen.
As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in Morlem area was Rs.125 which was increased to Rs.1,250 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
