Tiswadi Guideline Value

Tiswadi Taluka comes under North Goa District. The maximum guideline value in Tiswadi Taluka division is Rs.6,000 per square feet which was quoted by the officials for the properties located in Panaji City-1 (Ward Nos.1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 , 16). The minimum guideline value is Rs.600 per square feet for the properties located in the area of Capao.

This taluk consists of 39 areas namely Ambarim, Azossim, Bainguinim, Bambolim, Batim, Calapor, Capao, Caraim, Carambolim, Chimbel, Charao, Corlim, Cujira, Cumbarijua, Curca, Durgawado, Ella, Gancim, Gandaulim, Goalim-Maula, Goa-Velha, Goltim, Jua, Malar, Mandur, Mercurim, Morambi-O-Pequeno, Murda, Naroa, Navelim, Neura-O-Grande, Neura-O-Pequene, Panaji-City-II (Ward Nos.17, 18), Panaji City-I (Ward Nos.1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 , 16), Panelim, Renovadi, Siridao, Talaulim and Taleigao.

As per source between 2013 and 2020, the guideline value in Panaji City-1 (Ward Nos.1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 , 16) was Rs.5,000 which was increased to Rs.6,000 respectively. The officials quoted guideline values for these areas which are considered as very important in the locality. Based on the fair value, the SRO registrar is registering the lands and adjoining properties. The officials also increased the guideline value in the surrounding areas.
