Division 2 Village Guideline Value in Magadi SRO

Division 2 has a minimum guideline value of Rs. 210 per sqft to a maximum of Rs. 520 per sqft. Guideline Value is the minimum value fixed by the Karnataka department of registration and stamps for property registration in respective area. Guideline Value is defined in two categories – land value (for land only) and composite value (for land and buildings – this includes construction cost and associated taxes for buildings). Guideline Value helps to determine the associated costs pertain to property registration such as such stamp duty fees, registration fee etc. Properties in Division 2 are classified into agriculture, non - agriculture, residential flat, residential apartment, commercial flat, and commercial apartment. Guideline value is applicable to all the property types in Division 2 and these guideline Values are revised periodically to have them in sync with the market value.
