Koikude Village Guideline Value in Mulki SRO

Koikude has a minimum guideline value of Rs. 171,0001,20012 per sqft to a maximum of Rs. 281,3001,56017 per sqft. Guideline Value is the minimum value fixed by the Karnataka department of registration and stamps for property registration in respective area. Guideline Value is defined in two categories – land value (for land only) and composite value (for land and buildings – this includes construction cost and associated taxes for buildings). Guideline Value helps to determine the associated costs pertain to property registration such as such stamp duty fees, registration fee etc. Properties in Koikude are classified into agriculture, non - agriculture, residential flat, residential apartment, commercial flat, and commercial apartment.
