Indian and Non-Indian Residents: Both Indian and Non-Indian residents who are residing in India have the option to make payments using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Demand Drafts. Making payment through a credit card or debit card makes you liable to pay 2% for the application fee. In case you are making payment using net banking mode, it involves a surcharge of Rs 4 plus GST. In case payment done via demand draft, then DD should be in favour of NSDL PAN.

Making payment through a credit card or debit card makes you liable to pay 2% for the application fee. In case you are making payment using net banking mode, it involves a surcharge of Rs 4 plus GST. Further, foreign residents are required to make payment of additional exchange charges imposed by the financial institution to initiate such payments.
The Procedure of PAN Fee refundThe PAN application in the case rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate information, or failure to adhere to the instructions, then the pan fee will be non-refundable. The applicant has to apply again for PAN Card and have to pay the fee and charges again.
